Gleðileg jól

Behold my new apron dress!
It’s diamond twill wool fabric with wool thread.
(The white chemise is also hand stitched by me – of course.)

Gleðileg jól, dear readers! I hope you had a peaceful and magical celebration.

  1. The dress is so beautiful. Makes me want to master my hand stitching skills.
Also, I hope you’ve enjoyed Yule and keep on enjoying winter in general (I’m following a different tradition though, but that doesn’t matter as much given it has a similar holiday. Well, holidays. All winter long, pretty much).

  2. It’s very good Sol, but it’s going to get wet at the back if you walk through any puddles. BTW, did you see the picture of the Hammock I sent you on FB? It’s great 🙂

  3. WOOOOOOWWWW !!! May I ask you: Where do you find the pattern for sewing? Do you make it yourself? I just LOVE it !!! Wish you a happy new year from France!
